An abandoned Linens n' Things outside Newport, RI was used as the sound stage for Wes Anderson's film Moonrise Kingdom.

I’m not quite sur why this makes me as happy as it does, but it does. By the way, when Alex and I went to see it in Lakeview, he turned to me and said, “You are the oldest person here, by far.”
